Privacy policy

Calculator inputs and results

Calculator arithmetic runs in your browser. We do not send your entered financial amounts, ingredient names, results or comparison scenarios to our server or analytics. These values remain in the current page’s memory. A downloaded CSV is saved by your browser to a location you choose.

Website delivery

Netlify hosts the site. Serving pages and protecting the service can involve ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and access time. Font files or icon styles may be requested from Google Fonts. These requests are separate from optional analytics. Do not put confidential information into a URL or search query.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics,” and only on the production domain. If you accept, it receives ordinary page and device information and calculator events containing only the tool’s slug. Calculation inputs and results are not attached to those events. It also measures download clicks for our public resources and video starts and ends using fixed video identifiers and topic groups. A video end does not prove that every second was watched. Google’s processing is described in its privacy policy.

Choosing “Essential only” leaves the calculators fully usable. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing analytics consent stops our tag and removes this site’s accessible Google Analytics cookies; the page reloads to unload the already-loaded script. This does not delete previously collected provider records.

Local storage and advertising

We store the privacy choice in your browser under profimetrics-consent-v1. If browser storage is blocked, the choice lasts only for the current page. We do not currently load advertising scripts. Any future advertising integration will require an updated policy and appropriate controls.

Emails and external links

If you email us, your email service and ours process the message and contact information you provide. Send fictional examples when reporting a calculation issue. Third-party websites linked for references have their own policies. We do not control their processing.

Retention, requests and contact

There is no server-side history of calculator inputs to retrieve. Hosting and analytics providers maintain their own operational records under their service settings and policies. We do not claim a fixed retention period that we have not verified. Contact hello@profimetrics.online for questions, access or deletion requests relating to information you have sent us. Identify the interaction concerned without sending additional sensitive records.

We update this page when site behavior changes. The date above identifies the current policy version.
