Report a calculation issue
Include the calculator’s URL, the inputs you used, the result you expected and why. Use fictional values instead of confidential financial or customer information. If possible, include a reference for the expected formula.
Accessibility and technical problems
Tell us the page, browser and device type, and the action that did not work. You do not need to send screenshots that contain private information.
Privacy requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” and describe the website interaction concerned. Calculations are not stored on our server, so we cannot retrieve or delete a past calculation from a central account. If you emailed us, identify the conversation you want us to review.
