How to calculate DAU / MAU
DAU / MAU = average daily active users ÷ unique monthly active users × 100
Use the same meaningful activity event for both counts and average DAU over the same month. Appropriate usage frequency differs by product; no benchmark is implied.

DAU / MAU FAQ
Should I use today’s DAU?
An average over the month reduces weekday and one-day effects. A single day can be useful operationally but is less comparable with a full-month MAU figure.
